Welcome, My name is Alyssa and I am a Certified and Licensed Midwife with advanced training in lactation, clinical herbalism, functional nutrition, integrative hormone health, perinatal psychology and genetics/genomics.

I have served as a Women’s Health instructor and Obstetrical Clinical Preceptor for the Physician Assistant graduate program at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

I have guest lectured on maternity care, lactation complications and infant oral anatomical restrictions for Osteopathic Medical School residents in multiple hospital systems, and to midwives, dentists, and family physicians.

My husband and I are blessed with four amazing children, a wonderful son-in-law, and the most beautiful granddaughter and grandson.

In both my practice and personal life, I struggled to find supplements that were affordable, pure, and truly effective in addressing common deficiencies, genetic variants and chronic health concerns. After years of searching and testing various brands without success, I decided to create my own solutions—leading to the birth of Health Compass Nutraceuticals.
