We ship orders within 3-5 business days of ordering, weekends and holidays excluded. Shipping time takes 1- 5 days depending on your location. Due to supplement export/import laws, we can only ship within the United States at this time.

All orders ship directly from our manufacturer, via UPS Ground or USPS depending on the size and weight of the package. We can only ship orders inside the United States due to import and export restrictions.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

If you experience any quality issues with an order please contact us within five business days to begin the return or replacement process.

In order to receive a credit for a returned product, you must notify and get approval to return, within five business days of receiving the order.
